Princess Twilight Sparkle
As of the end of Season 3, Twilight Sparkle has been coronated as a Princess. Twitterponies has done this as well with some minor adjustments for our continuity.
Twi is Still In Ponyville
While Twilight was shown at the very end of the episode in a new Palace near Canterlot, that should be considered a glimpse of the future. For now, that Palace is still being built and Twi is staying at the Treebrary with Spike and Twibot until it is ready to move in in a few months. She may have a guard detail for official events. She also has a chariot/pegacoach on call available to fly her anywhere she needs to go.
Twi is not a ruler of Equestria
Celestia and Luna are still and will remain rulers of Equestria. At most, Twi may be granted lands but her position will be largely ceremonial for awhile as she is trained in the arts of leadership. Her correct form of address, like Cadance's, is "Your Grace", not Your Majesty (Celestia) or Your Royal Highness (Luna).
Twi can Barely Fly
Twilight is still very new at flying and is learning to use her wings. She will be training in flight in coming weeks.
Twi is Still Twilight
While she's excited about her new duties, she's still the dorky old Twi you know and love, and will not suddenly care that much about royal protocol or try to boss anypony around. She would like very much to be treated the same as before. Well, maybe with the odd bow now and again. ^^
