ATTENTION PONYVILLE WEATHER TEAM. Ponyville rainfall remains 3.725 inches
behind nominal expected average of 63.333 inches. Recommend increased autumn
rainfall. Be advised cold fronts from the southeast will magnify intensity of
prepared storms. Instruments indicate buildup of charge. Increased lightning
activity is advised. Consult PNYV-1173, PNV-1992, and PNV-86.
Maintain standard temperate climate ranging from 52 degrees to 88 degrees +/-
10%. Account for axial tilt and maintain a degredation curve according to
Cirrostratus' Standard Model within +/- 18% for optimal conditions.
Scheduled exceptions to standard weather planning have been filed for
traditional Ponyville holidays. See attached RRF-10. Note some requests are
pending and are not represented in the attachments.
