Perry is a male earth pony with a racoon tail, orange fur, and no mane. Each cheek has a large blue spot and two black stripes. He has the ability to create and harness static energy.
He lives in what he calls "The Outlands" which is really just his home and a clearing a decent distance away from Ponyville. He also has a shop there named You Only Live Twice which sells plenty of random stuff. it also seems that the place has a bit of bad luck surrounding it typically where anypony's first visit has a high chance of resulting in injury
His cutie mark is a question mark. He got it when he... passed out in a patch of poison oak... (no comments there) and when he woke up he had lost his mane, was covered head to hoof in fur, and had adorned stripes and two blue spots on his face. And obviously had his cutie mark. The cure for the poison joke seems to have no effect on him
His place of birth and the first few years of his life are unknown but he did grow up in Ponyville before the "incident". He tended to stay alone and had trust issues from feeling betrayed. This and him living alone for so long caused him to develop social anxiety making him very nervous near anypony new. Before he got his he was actually against cutie marks. Thinking that they were like a restriction that could keep you from doing what you wanted to do if it was different. But then of course he got his and became a massive hypocrite. The in between parts are a bit unknown. But he eventually built a place in the Outlands and now lives there.
