Lucielle was once the First Lieutenant of the ShadowBolt's in the Everfree division, under Captain Redstar. Small for her age, she's incredibly nimble, making her perfect for acrobatics.
Personality
Not afraid to speak her mind, Lucielle is thought of as rude to some ponies. She takes most jokes in a literal sense, not afraid to go nose to nose with a pony a couple times her size.
For ponies that do manage to earn her friendship, she's incredibly loyal, and will get them out of any pickle they are stuck in.
Abilites
Lucille is able to control wind currents, interacting with the wind in ways a friend would. This also helps in stunts, she can create a wind tunnel sending her flying at high speeds, while avoiding hazards, or sending her into complex acrobatics.
Career
Lucielle spent a large portion of her youth in the employ of Princess Luna's Shadowbolts. At one point, she defected to Nightmare Moon's side, until she was brought to her senses and received a full pardon.
She's been appointed as the Master Retriever by Princess Luna, after assisting Nightguards in bringing a pony by the name of Mannus to the Night Princess.
Now, she heads the Shadowbolt Academy, where the future flyers of the Night are trained.
