Personality
Lightning Rod is a fun, odd, humorous pony. She prefers to be called Lightning. She has always been afraid of the ground, so she stays in Cloudsdale to be safe. But sometimes she comes down, ONLY, for certain circumstances.. She can be very unsociable at first, but once you say hi she starts being herself. She really likes to make new friends. Also, she's not a big fan of the ground, as you can tell. ;)
Background Story
Since Lightning was little, she has ALWAYS HATED the ground. It all started when one of the bullies in Cloudsdale pushed her off a cloud. She was to small to flap upwards so she landed on the grass. She hated that. First she thought the grass was little animals tickling her hooves. Then these so called 'Bees' stung her right on her muzzle. Then she tripped over a rock. Since then she has been terrified of the ground.

Lightning's cutie mark is a heart with a bolt in the middle.
